Venue Pricing

We are in the business of creating lasting memories and nothing makes us happier than knowing our clients enjoyed their event without worry. Our desire is to ensure you have a seamless and timeless experience while at White Oaks. We charge competitive rates. Our prices start at just $2,200, however, can vary based on the day of the week and season. Please call or email us for more information.

Life is a series of events, strung together with love and laughter. Host your next event at White Oaks and let us create memories for you that will last a lifetime!

 Catering – Optional:
We offer all-inclusive catering starting at $18pp. You can also choose any licensed/insured caterer you wish.

Bartenders – Required:
You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol but you must use our bartenders from Bartending2U and they charge around $55 per hour.

Security Officer
Required: We will schedule the officer. You pay $300 directly to the officer on the event day.

Professional Day of Coordinator
Required: $300 fee will include 1-hour rehearsal, coordination of vendors, timeline management, choreographing the couple’s send-off, etc.

 Decor package
Optional: $2,200 fee will include all color linens, 3 specialty linens, dinner plates, glassware, flatware, arch draping, choice of greenery wall/cross/infinity circle/throne chair, selected centerpieces, coffee car, same-day delivery & setup/breakdown.
