Amazing and beautiful!
White oaks was the most perfect venue for our wedding! The staff was amazing and Sherry was so quick to reply to my questions. There was never a point where I felt like I was bothering her with questions and she was so honest and fast. We loved that we were able to bring in our own vendors but they still offered suggestions. We loved that within the price, a day of coordinator was included. We had Christina be our coordinator at the venue and she was at the rehearsal to help out our other coordinator and it went all so smooth. We searched for so long for the perfect venue and so glad we found everything we needed with White Oaks. Also working with Maria for the final walk-through was fantastic. She made us feel so at ease and very patient with all of our questions and ideas. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride

This place is AMAZING!!! Best spot around Houston to get married. Cari Bickham of the White Oaks staff did an exceptional job at help us get exactly what we wanted, she was extremely detail oriented. We couldn’t be more thrilled. Be sure to ask for Cari Bickham, she’s the best!

Beautiful waterfront venue!! So peaceful and serene. There really is no where else in Houston that you can find so much land, with a waterfront view, they let you stay later than any other venue, the staff is super friendly and it’s just so beautiful. We had a very good time! I highly recommend

I LOVE THIS PLACE. We just got married at the end of March here! No fuss, no nothing! It’s wonderful. My husband and I actually had to change our date AND venue about 3 months before the wedding because our guest count went WAY above the capacity of my dad’s backyard. So we already had our caterer, DJ, Photographer, and Florist booked so we were looking for a venue that was a beautiful blank canvas and as soon as I first came to this place, I knew it was it!! I was so excited to find something as everything in Houston is sometimes so “inclusive.” It just turned out to be the best place I could ever think of!! My husband and I both believe things happen for a reason and we truly believe that we found White Oaks as a blessing because it was just beautiful. We utilized the fire pit for smores which my guests LOVED. I have pictures of the reception too that are AMAZING, but they are too big to fit on this website. I got a great price because I booked so quickly and it was all worth it. Please book here!!!! You will not regret it no matter what time of year!

I LOVE THIS VENUE! I am a wedding photographer in Houston and this was where we got married. Everything was wonderful! The staff were a joy to work with. I love the indoor or outdoor option for ceremony. I also love the FREEDOM to choose vendors and construct every part of the day. They hand you a blank canvas and you get to make it something wonderful! HIGHLY recommend this place!

My husband and I just had our wedding here and we could not have been more pleased with White Oaks on the Bayou. Everything was clean and beautiful! The owner Sherry and Maria and the team were great to work with! Easy to communicate with and they get you all the information you need to know. White Oaks on the Bayou venue was absolutely a dream! White Oaks on the Bayou in Simonton was the second venue we visited. Within 5 minutes of our arrival I was in love and SOLD! White Oaks is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! From the stunning outdoor ceremony space with water feature, built in pergola/arbor and the lake behind as a backdrop (GORGEOUS) to the indoor reception space with wood beamed ceiling and chandeliers already draped with greenery – it is absolutely STUNNING! With that in mind – it doesn’t take much to decor as it is already so beautiful on it’s own. The firepit and the patio with plenty of string lights – make for great spots for guests to gather for additional dance space and conversation. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of White Oaks! We had a lot of local guests from the Katy, Texas area who couldn’t believe such a “gem” existed just outside of Katy.
The staff at White Oaks from Sherry Ramji to our venue DOC Carrie were amazing to work with. Sherry was always very responsive and very committed to making sure that we had the BEST DAY EVER!!

Where to even begin! Lets just say the weather that day was so unexpected but the staff at White Oaks was able to make everything perfect. My event coordinator Christina was simply amazing! I loved her so much. She allowed everything to flow smoothly. LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about White Oaks!!!

We hosted our annual elementary school gala at White Oaks and everything was PERFECT! Sherry and her staff made sure our event flowed smoothly from start to finish. The setting of the patio and fire pit on the creek is amazing and the perfect spot to host an indoor/outdoor event. The venue is so beautiful, limited decorations are needed. I highly recommend hosting your next event at White Oaks!

White Oaks on the Bayou is such a beautiful and special place. My wife and I fell in love with the venue after our first visit. The venue brings everything together; the photography, the catering, the table décor, the flowers, and the colors. It had everything we were looking for and even more (it is even water front!!). The physical beauty and the well-kept grounds were only half of the equation, the owner / manager Sherry really sold us. She is an unbelievable person and is amazing to work with. Working with her was like working with a friend who truly has your best interest at heart. So many other venues felt cold business with employees and rules that seemed very uninviting. Sherry however was the business, and she is open, friendly, and responsive to anything and everything. She made the whole process a lot less stressful. So, if you want a place that is affordable, beautiful, and amazing please give her a call. We simply cannot recommend her enough.

I LOVED this venue. Sherry was awesome! She made sure to keep in touch with me through my planning and was very accommodating to any changes I had. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful. I was on a very tight budget and I didn’t have to spend much to have a beautiful wedding. This place was so elegant and naturally pretty, I couldn’t have been happier! Such a hidden gem!

I had my wedding at White Oaks on the Bayou in September 2016. I have no words to describe how perfect and amazing everything was. The place is absolutely gorgeous and my guests loved it. So many people came to me to congratulate me on finding such a beautiful and cozy venue for my wedding and to tell me they were completely unaware they could find a place like this just outside of Houston, TX.
I could go on and on about all the beautiful details at White Oaks, but I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Instead, I will focus on the parts of the experience which cannot be seen in the photographs:
1. Dealing with everyone at White Oaks was a pleasure, especially Sherry. She was absolutely awesome. Any time I had a question, I would shoot her an email and minutes later I would get a reply. Being responsive is one thing, but Sherry is on a whole other level! Not only would the response come in a heartbeat, but she was always working so hard to accommodate all my requests and wishes and helped me with anything and everything she could, and I will never be able to be thank her enough for all her hard work.
2. Another great thing about White Oaks is that they partner with Café Natalie for catering, who is also great to work with, reasonably priced, and provide amazingly delicious food. It was difficult to choose our menu because everything we tried was so delicious!
3. One big advantage of having our wedding at White Oaks on the Bayou was that we could hire bartenders and buy the beverages ourselves. That was a huge money saver and we could get all the luxurious beverages we wanted to serve at wedding and not break the bank.
In summary, there was nothing I wish had been different: the place was gorgeous, the people a pleasure to work with, the food was delicious, and the bar was under budget and had everything we wanted. I couldn’t have asked for more. The most amazing night of my entire life! And I really have to thank the people at White Oaks for this!
